Networking and Peer Mentoring
Women's Leadership Circles

The strategy behind ICAN's Leadership Circles is inspired in part by Margaret Wheatley's model of peer-to-peer conversations and the idea that "a leader is anyone willing to help". Our approach transcends the typical business card-swapping event to provide women with a genuine mentoring platform to engage in smart and mindful conversations about family, work, personal issues and leadership capabilities. You are invited to speak and hear the truth and the strength and enlightenment that can come from the power of the circle must not be underestimated.
OUTCOMES
- Expanded community networks
- Meaningful relationships based on trust and goodwill
- Individual skill building with motivation to implement change
- Heightened self-awareness
- The unforgettable experience of the power of the circle
