Tim Rouse Award

The Tim Rouse Advocate for Women in Leadership Award was created in 2005 to honor Tim Rouse, co-creator of the Influence and Focus programs, and co-founder of FGI International and FGISpirit. The award honors male leaders in the community who embody and support the advancement of women. They work tirelessly to inspire and encourage women to reach their fullest potential. Best Places to Work for the Advancement of Women

Created in 2010 to recognize a local company that promotes the advancement of women in the workplace, the Best Places to Work Advancement of Women award is given annually at the ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference.  Sponsored by Baird Holm LLP, the purpose of this award is to expand knowledge of local company leaders in the advancement of women and raise awareness of the issue in the Omaha business community.  Click here to nomination your organization. 

Legacy Award

The ICAN Legacy Award was created in 2010 in honor of ICAN’s 30th Anniversary. This annual award is given at the ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference to an individual or group who have played a significant role in the work and mission of ICAN: to develop inspired business leaders to transform the communities they serve.  Recipients are chosen by ICAN and the award sponsor, SAC Federal Credit Union.
